The warp threads are made of original, tightly twisted, stiff, and uneven yarns, dyed with indigo dye and natural indigo using a special rope-dyeing process. The weft threads are made of unique, uneven yarns blended with a small proportion of our own cotton, "Samurai Cotton", and dyed with a special dye derived from cherry blossoms in a delicate cherry blossom pink. The rich hue of the Indigo+ denim combines with the subtle pink-beige cherry blossom tone to create a truly beautiful look. Thanks to the rope-dyeing process, the denim develops a strong patina like indigo denim, but with a softer color transition than Samurai's standard indigo denim. The selvedge is also made with Ai+ warp threads, so the color change of the selvedge threads is a real eye-catcher.
