Moc Toe 8875

In the early 1950s, Red Wing Shoe Company developed the Moc Toe, which was designed as a "Sportsman Boot". In this case, Sportsman meant creating a shoe for hunters, fishermen, and outdoor activities. This model quickly gained nationwide popularity. The rest is history. The 8875 is strongly based on the early Moc Toe models from the 1950s. The reddish color was first included in the catalog in 1954. Special features of this limited model are a woven "Irish Setter" label on the tongue and a matching vintage box.
