Description
In France, "SUJET" [sy.ʒɛ] refers to small pocket knives with handles adorned with reliefs of various motifs. They are sometimes called COUTEAUX-SWISS because they can contain several blades or small tools such as corkscrews; some also call them COURSOLLE after the cutler who invented their production with brass handle scales.
Blades, springs, and parts are still forged from traditional carbon steels, so they can corrode if not properly maintained. As a sign of their authenticity, they bear the old blacksmith's mark of the workshop, a wrench, on the blade.
Blade length x width x thickness: 62 x 12 x 1.9mm
